My Policies
If you are displeased with an item you have purchased from me, please contact me and tell me. I want to make my customers happy and I will do what it takes to make any mistakes right. I cannot except returns due to the nature of my products. If your item was damaged in the mailing process, I will either refund you or send another one, but you will need to ship the damaged item back to me. You will not ultimately be paying for the items shipment back to me, as you will be refunded or sent a new item when the damaged one has arrived here. I will not refund or send your new item, until I receive the damaged one, just to ensure that the item was really shipped back to me.
